I've always practice yoga and absolutely love it but after having a hysterectomy I felt like my abdominal muscles and my entire mid-section changed so I looked up ab workouts on YouTube and came across yours. I've only watched a handful of your videos but I'm definitely hooked! I can already feel a difference!! I will continue to take your classes b/c of this and you keep me motivated and inspired! This exercise is really good for squats and lunges practice. I need to perfect the lunge backwards; my balance isn't perfect. Revisit in order.
Love but can you do all standing together then floor work. Up n down makes me dizzy

Must practice more on the right leg to make it stronger on the lunge backwards on the left leg. Unsteady on that side! Revisit more often!
