  1. It’s just amazing the way I stretched the tórax. I thought you only might stretch the lower Back, but today I felt the stretch in all my spine and it was mind blowing ¡¡¡

  2. Thank you for this challenging yet refreshing yoga flow! Throughout the full bind warrior pose (and the similar accompanying poses where the knee was bent) I experienced some knee pain (even though I tried to keep my knee and foot in line)… Is that normal?
