  1. Did this for the first time about a year ago, and I was really struggling with it being too challenging for me. Tried it again today and yeez, I LOVED IT! 😍 Been doing your workouts since April last year, and I thank you for all the physical improvements I've made.   2. I enjoyed this a lot. My body was very tight, and not flexible, I needed it. I had difficulties pulling my head forward with my legs in the butterfly position, I couldn't do it. I Will practice and see if It gets better or not.

I did today this morning workout routine and trust me before starting this I was like its 24 minutes will I be able to complete this but by the end, I lost track of time and didn't realize how 24 minutes were over, and frankly after I was done I felt so relieved in fact I was able to stretch more compared to the beginning of this routine…
