I really liked this workout. Especially the FWD lean lunge to foot lift. I like exercises that test balance. The Bulgarian lunge jumps were actually fun too.
I was trying hard to do the glute bridge jump n my 3yr old daughter was laughing at meπ. Love this workout, Caroline always creative with her workout. Not one workout is boring to me. You deserve more subscriberssssss…. πͺπ
