Like someone said in the comments I'm that guy who eats fast food and drinks soda but complains "to myself" about being fat. Imma try to change and this video made me wanna change bro thanks alot

  4. @Activ8 I do not know my current body fat % but I can see my first two abs does that mean I need to build up my abs more and focus on ab workouts or more nutrition or both would REALLY appreciate if you get back to be 🤝

  5. Is it possible to get abs and gain weight too? I want to gain 20 pounds by the end of the year but also want to get abs too. On top of that it’s not easy for me to gain muscle and I also don’t have access to a good diet

  6. I feel very blessed to have perfect looking abs (aligned abs, if you don’t know what that is then google misaligned abs), it only took me 2 weeks to get abs and I have the ability to have an 8 pack (some people can’t have an 8 pack).

Thanks for sharing your story because sharing is caring… 😀 So I want to share my story as well, which you may like or may not… My ex girlfriend cheated on me 6 months ago… I was bored as hell and felt sooo depressed, but some friends suggested me to start working on myself. You as well motivated me to work hard, because your videos are blessed with many tips and tricks that helped me fix my form as well. In the process I took diet from website called Dietarize to further improve my meal planning. I lost 30lbs in 6 months.

  11. Just recovered from a bike accident.
    My abs used to be ripped, but after my accident, the lack of exercise, poor diet and loads of medication left me with a fat belly.
    Today I'm going back to exercise.
    Your video just motivated me even more to work out!
