I’m very thin by genetics and I tend to lose muscles faster than I build them. And doing excess cardio can kill my muscles.. What would you recommend for me?
My OBGYN shared that a woman should not go below 19% body fat, else you're looking at osteoporosis, despite doing weight-bearing exercises. So fat does some good.
