  1. this really killed my booty !!! absolutely loved it :)))
    I altered 2 of the moves so i can feel it more.the two moves i altered was the single leg squats to hip thrust till failure and the banded kick backs to banded donkey kick pulse- this killed me. will def do this on my next booty day

    Bulagarian split squats 8×3
    Unilateral hip thrust 8×3 with ten sec hold
    Pistol squat 8*3
    Super set:
    a) Frog pumps 40
    b) Banded kickbacks 20
