  3. Yesterday i did this workout and it was super hard and today i have so much pain in my leggs but i though lets do it again and I couldn’t finish the work out because my leggs are tooo painfull :,)

  4. I did this work out yesterday morning and I said ,I don't feel it much then after 12 hours am walking like a dolphin ,my quad and butt hurts like a hell. What a work out. Thanks heather.i can't wait to do it again

  5. Don't let the short time period fool you! Eight minutes into this workout I was sucking wind.🥵 And the next day my glutes were soooo sore! When she says BRUTAL, she means it. I love it though!

  6. Usually doing deadlifts and squats, but without the gym I figured I would try some "booty bootcamp" style workouts thinking it would be easy. God damn I havent been able to climb stairs for 4 days hahaha
