I went to planet fitness today and did the hip thrusts on the other side of the machine! 😂😂😂 When I tell you I was so confused lmao! I know someone in there thinking "now sis…". I'm so glad I watched this video. Next time I'll be on the right side of the smith machine!

if you want glutes, do weighted hip thrusts, squats and cardio. Sure you can add shit in like leg press, hack squat or inner and outer hip abductors. Consistently aswell, don't just do it half assed then expect results a minute later
I’ve always had my bench in the middle of the machine. Is it best to put the bench in front?? The way my PF is laid out if I put the bench in front Im worried I might get in the way of other people
*you should NEVER need a pad to lift, not being Mr bad ass just saying it allows you to lift the wrong way too easy bc the bar can be in the wrong place. Nice eye candy too!
