Most of the flavored protein powders contain so many unnecessary ingredients. I looked harder and found that Isopure unflavored protein isolate has 2 ingredients. That's it. I use this as a base and then add banana and Valrhona dutch chocolate powder (2 grams max) for 30g protein powder plus water. Really good. If I added 1 tbsp of coco powder I would die. It's too much. Also tried Naked protein concentrate before because it only has 1 ingredient but it gave me a really bad stomach ache. Never had a problem with Isopure. Just sayin'. No endorsements, not being paid. Just experience.
Looks nice 🙂 I'd advise against raw much spinach though, as it has oxalates and calcium ends up non absorbed in the body. A delicious shake I like is simply Banana + 3-5 high quality raw eggs, vanilla and a touch of coconut milk if you want more creamy.

Protein powders are gross, don't know why they put so much sugar or fake sugar in there. That combined with fruits, if you're on a low sugar diet, it's just way too sweet.
I love the chocolate banana recipe. I use flaxseed milk instead of Almond or Oat milk. To much sugar in both.
Btw, are you vegan?

How do you choose a good protein powder?
