  1. My daughter suffers from Cirrhosis of the liver. She is being restricted from using salt or sugars in her diet. The food is terrible without salt and so we are using a “NoSalt” alternative product to make it tolerable. We almost have to make everything from scratch because so much food has the bad salt you mentioned. Can you suggest a product for her special diet? Thanks

  2. OK all salt comes from "ancient sea beds" or… current sea beds / seawater. Kosher salt is as processed as the one you say is to be avoided. Real Salt is nothing more than salt which has grit in it, yes dirt / rock parts – its crappy low quality salt. How about making a video on something you either researched or know something about.

  3. Great video Bobby! One thing to remind your viewers — For anyone with HIGH Blood Pressure — Pink Himalayan Salt is the only way to go! 100% All the Way! It will keep your BP under control. I now make my own pickles and soups for my mom who is 80 and we have to cook this way so she can enjoy her last years of life with as much health as possible. Yes, we keep it under control and she can still have her salt! Costco has a HUGE tub for under $7.00.

  4. if you wana have more minerals, eat some sand(joke) how dirty your salt should be to be healthy? it should not be dirty, it needs to be rafined, and why pay to much for it? tell me better how much they pay you for this…
