if someone doesn't believe in magic, they just haven't discovered our community yet. HAPPIEST of new years, Adriene and everyone! Cannot wait for True! <3
Adriene I feel like I know you. Thank you for everything! Iโm a beginner how do I access beginner practices? Would that be through your DWFR? Thank you
I've been doing YWA for about 4 years on and off. It has been transformative! Especially during the 2020 shut-down. Thanks so much for your dedication and perserverance.
I have said this before–Adriene, you always draw me to the practice I need. With Rosh Hashanah–the Jewish New Year–beginning tonight, this was an amazing practice for me to do today. Thank you for your positive energy and spirit <3
What a great way to bring in a new year for teachers! Starting school this week, and this playlist looks like itโs really going to help me mentally prepare ๐
Perhaps because I have anxiety, I find slow practices so much harder and find it almost impossible to just sit and listen to my breath as we did at the end of the practise!
Am back! A vacation to a Sacramento RV Park was not good for the back, but was I able to get a few sessions done. Great morning workout. Woke up with a stiff back, so this session was what the Doctor ordered. All of my Doctors recommend yoga on a daily basis, especially with the chronic back pains that hit. Love the Lower Back session! Thank You
Hi Im just wondering what the difference is between the two variations of half split? Should I be focusing on a different muscle group when we stack the hip over the knee? I always just feel less of a stretch when I donโt pull back. Thanks for any input ๐
I have been doing your videos for over 4 years now, and this morning decided to do New Beginnings as my morning yoga practice. I was tickled to find that I anticipated multiple poses and began them before Adriene even did! Thank you Adriene for teaching us to own our at-home practice, go with the flow and find what feels good in the moment, in our body. Its fun to feel like our vibe is synchronized even though we've never been "in touch." Thank you Adriene for videos that continue to touch and move us, even years after they are posted. We are in such a need of a New Beginning right now in these times. Much love and Namaste!
Here with RESET! Using these practices to help reset my mindset towards social situations and that it'll be okay when my first year of High School starts in 5 days๐ฌ
The timing of today's practice was PERFECT! I had an incredibly stressful day, allowing all I cannot control in the world to manifest in me to the point where I ached from head to toe. After this practice, I feel that I let go some of that painful feeling. I showed up and listened, and in the process learned how I need to be much more present and mindful each and every day. Thank you Adriene and yoga community ๐๐ป๐ง๐ผโโ๏ธ. Namaste.
