  1. Thank you for this!! I have wanted to start yoga for years and this was amazing!! It didn’t feel like 20 minutes! I’ll definitely be back tomorrow and the next and the next!! I cannot wait to learn more. Thank you Adriene!!

  2. When we get going, I feel at home. But at the beginning while sitting cross-legged, is the time I feel most unease. Trying to sit straight with a nice long posture takes a lot of effort, even my base, where legs should feel stability wants to hunch my spine or lie back. Anything you can suggest to remedy this?

  3. Really enjoyed this and as a beginner it really helped me learn about where i have some strengths and some neglected parts of my body

  4. Hello, im new in yoga. I would like to tell that im having trouble whenever i do the downward dog. After doing it i feel nauseous. Anything i can do for it? So that i will be able to proceed to other pose?

  5. Whaaaaaat⚽🤪😋😜🙃✌️🤙🤘⚽💛💛💛 yap I'm trying it but it's not working out… I'm too stiff… I'm too thick….I think I need assistance🤘⚽🤙 I'm not giving up though… How do I keep from eating though❓⚽❓⚽❓⚽

  6. Thought I would take a break from my morning sweat session as I try to get into shape, thought this would be easy… lol nope! Still a lot to learn, turns out I'm about as flexible as a board.

  7. Did session 1 today. And it felt good! I have been totally out of shape. My work makes me very sedentary. My joints started hurting. So I finally looked up a yoga session for absolute beginners and found this. This is perfect for me. Thank you.

  8. I can’t sit cross-legged. I had a mild form of hip dysplasia as a child and wore a brace…I’m pretty sure it affected my hips in a way that stretching can’t fix. My hips won’t open, and the crossed-leg position is uncomfortable and my feet fall asleep. However, not once has any yoga person ever suggested an alternative. It’s like if that position isn’t available to you…neither is yoga.
