I have wanted to start yoga for years and this was amazing!! It didn’t feel like 20 minutes! I’ll definitely be back tomorrow and the next and the next!! I cannot wait to learn more. Thank you Adriene!! Reply When we get going, I feel at home. But at the beginning while sitting cross-legged, is the time I feel most unease. Trying to sit straight with a nice long posture takes a lot of effort, even my base, where legs should feel stability wants to hunch my spine or lie back. Anything you can suggest to remedy this? Reply Loved this thank you Adrienne Reply Beautiful. Where did you learn yoga? Reply Its my first time trying yoga and I almost quit halfway through, but I'm glad i stuck to the end Reply Namaste.. m perspiring alread. Feels good 👍 Thankyou Reply Really enjoyed this and as a beginner it really helped me learn about where i have some strengths and some neglected parts of my body Reply This was great! My baby sis teach’s yoga and she would be proud of us both! I feel great!! Reply that felt awesome , thank you for sharing!! Reply I just started today. I love your calm and gentle voice. Your encouraging attitude means a lot. Many thanks!! Reply Feel so much better Adrienne. Thank you 🙏 Nameste! Reply Thanks Adrienne 😊My first time of doing and i must say " it's a beautiful experience". Reply Thank you so much I enjoyed the beginners Reply Yoga come from india, Maharashtra Reply Hello, im new in yoga. I would like to tell that im having trouble whenever i do the downward dog. After doing it i feel nauseous. Anything i can do for it? So that i will be able to proceed to other pose? Reply Now I'm hungry and want to eat. Will go through the back door and start eating so long Reply I cannot do e downwardDog Reply Whaaaaaat⚽🤪😋😜🙃✌️🤙🤘⚽💛💛💛 yap I'm trying it but it's not working out… I'm too stiff… I'm too thick….I think I need assistance🤘⚽🤙 I'm not giving up though… How do I keep from eating though❓⚽❓⚽❓⚽ Reply Thought I would take a break from my morning sweat session as I try to get into shape, thought this would be easy… lol nope! Still a lot to learn, turns out I'm about as flexible as a board. Reply Did session 1 today. And it felt good! I have been totally out of shape. My work makes me very sedentary. My joints started hurting. So I finally looked up a yoga session for absolute beginners and found this. This is perfect for me. Thank you. Reply I can’t sit cross-legged. I had a mild form of hip dysplasia as a child and wore a brace…I’m pretty sure it affected my hips in a way that stretching can’t fix. My hips won’t open, and the crossed-leg position is uncomfortable and my feet fall asleep. However, not once has any yoga person ever suggested an alternative. It’s like if that position isn’t available to you…neither is yoga. Reply I have done this for three days now. I have sever body pains and headache. Does this have anything to do with this yoga practice? Reply My PE teacher brought me here Reply It’s good but even better if talking is less. 💪 Reply She is an amazing teacher, just can't deny Reply Leave a Reply Cancel replyYour email address will not be published.
