  1. Actually, never do low fat! Your body needs fat for hormone production. But, don’t over consume fat. Eat high protein and lift wts to build muscle. Protein and fat is more satiating and curbs your appetite. If you lower your carb, you will become a fat burner, your body will burn fat as its energy source! Over consume fat, your body will burn the fat you’re eating rather than stored fats. Low carb, high protein and moderate healthy sources of fat. Avoid seed oils, over processed food and sugar.
YOU CANNOT OUTEXERCISE A BAD DIET! There are 100s of reasons to exercise, but weight loss is not one of them..

  2. Finally an actually helpful weight related video.

I am 5’10 (178cm) and would love to be 5’5 (170cm). I hate being tall and having so huge bones and desperately want to be smaller (wich I know I cant, cause it is literally my bones), but I am hoping I could finally loose weight in a healthy way and not trigger my eating disorder again.

I already eat semi healthy and do some daily excercise (I have fibromyalgia, wich I am actively trying to recover from), so it is a work in progress.

  3. why r U talking ab this when you clearly have lots of fat on you. why should I listen to you? I hate my body I hate myself I'm never skinny enough it's so unfair that I'm short and doomed to be a short stumpy block with fat everywhere and I can't ever lose weight

  4. I
My belly kinda gain fat if you what I mean… And I eat clean but I've been eating carbs and before the gym, I wasn't I probably weight 63 kilos maybe and I'm 1.69 I don't know about American measurements but yeah… Is weird

I've been doing workout for about a year or two… But I am not loosing fat.. Instead becaming muscular…. But my goal is to be toned😭😭😭😭 please helppp😭😭😭… And we'll I am also a petite women😭😭😭

  6. I’m 25. I’ve suffered with weight issues. I’m eating close to 3200 cal a day and I’m the smallest I’ve ever been. I’m currently 120lb and I’m 5’7. Don’t over do it at the gym, listen to your hunger cues, repair your stress hormones, and the weight will come off with time and patience. You will never need to diet again. 7. Isn’t is possible to have naturally larger muscles? I’m 4’9 and have always had big arms. I hate it, but what can I do….
I could go years with out working out and people will always say, do you work out, your arms are muscular😳🙄🙄🙄🙄🙄

  8. So I don't eat a little over my maintenance level on workout day? I am struggling to understand how many calories to eat on lifting days and on rest days. I had planned to eat 100 cal surplus on lifting days and 150 deficit on rest days. Should I be trying to be at maintenance level every day lifting or resting?

  9. I struggle to find a good plan because while I’m not petite in my height (5’10) I am very thin. My goal is to build my cardio because it genuinely makes me feel so much better in my daily functioning. I also know how important it is for women to train with weights but I will be honest, the weight room and machines scare me.

  10. As a veteran I agree with the part specifically about the water.. in active duty the main thing we were taught was to DRINK WATER.. it's vital regardless of what anyone tells you.. anyone here who is a vet will understand me when I say that if you cut yourself open you gonna want to drink some water.. you got a concussion after you bumped your damn head you better get you some water.. there isn't anything you can't do to yourself that doesn't require you to drink water to fix.. drill Sargent I think my leg is broken.. DRINK WATER SOLDIER 😂 N all jokes aside the body does need water to repair concussion n broken bones of the more extreme.. obviously it won't complete the healing but it aids.. figured I'd say that for the ones ready to come for me like one a those that think Robitussin cures everything lol😅 that's a whole other discussion.. said all that to say water is a major key in fitness period @AprilVWhitney Nice video.. thank you for a great presentation for us petite women

  11. For myself

    1. Don’t take more kcals than what you burn a day. Ideal is to intake exactly what you need to “survive” and then don’t eat more when you start working out ✅

    2. Low fat low carb high protein diet better

    3. Consistent workouts and consistent structured workouts

    4. Sleep, water, etc (chocolate boosts serotonin btw so you’re happier and less stressed) ✅

    5. Walk more (u already walk 10k/day) ✅

    6. Be patient (you’ve already done most if this for two months)

  12. I'm not petite but i really resonated with your subject heading, i cant seem to exercise AND lose weight i just get raging hunger that i cant control.

I lost 40kg in 2015-16 by cutting calories, i didnt realise just how good those 90 minute walks were for burning fat.

But i cant tolerate strength training or HIIT type cardio i just get insanely hungry and bulk up its impossible to stick to maintenance calories so i actually gain weight when i gain muscle i dont lose any fat at all

My problem now is that ive just turned 50, my periods stopped about 3 months ago and i really noticed a massive drop in estrogen quite suddenly my vagina stopped lubricating itself making sex very painful and my joints and bones at the same time suddenly felt like theyd lost all their lubrication also i suddenly felt like i had creaky old lady bomes especially in my hips and shoulders.

So i went to an exercise physiologist who of course has me doing wait for it Strength Training to build muscles and bone strength especially in my hips and shoulders. It's working i feel stronger, i can feel muscle building i have a cute toosh now instead of a pancake butt BUT im finding it impossible to stick to a calorie deficit to lose weight. Im 90kg so i really do need to lose weight not just replace a bit of fat with muscle.

After watching your video i realised i am also trying out internet youtube workouts willy nilly which likely is just making things worse, i shall go back to my 90 minute walks every day and just stick to the 2 strength training sessions a week with the exercise physiologist. And try to get back into a keto style high protein calorie deficit. I just let myself eat what i wanted for 2 weeks to "reset" my metabolism and lose the mental diet fatigue and im really noticing that white bread has ne starving 2 hours later whereas the protein was a lot better at keeping me fuller for longer.

THANKS FOR YOUR VIDEO it helped me to decide what approach to take from hereon in – stick to walking for fat loss, no full on cardio, and only 2 strength training sessions a week, get back into a sensible calorie deficit and wait until I'm a lot slimmer before getting into HIIT and full on toning sessions, i'll still be doing strength training but i think it'll make all the difference.

You know this is the ONLY video I've seen on youtube addressing this topic of unwanted bulking for me you hit the nail on the head with a lot of your comments THANK YOU 😀

  13. I'm trying to find videos or any content on weight loss for someone but I'll I find is building muscles and body recompression. I'm okay with weight training myself but I don't need to lose weight. However, I have people in my life who are trying to lose weight. I can't even find female trainers or fitness influencers who aren't promoting muscle building.

  14. Lose the fat by consuming fat. When you're in a state of ketosis, your body is adapted to consume fat, whether it's fat you eat or fat on your body. Protein is present when you eat meat, poultry, eggs, fish. 800-100 Kcal/day won't lower your metabolism; you'll feel like you're over-indulging. But you will burn the fat you've stored on your body through years of too many carbs. I know: I lost 20 kg while in ketosis, loved the slinky, cheetah-like feeling instead of hunger pangs, and got down to a shredded 5% body fat-at the tender age of 62. Almost 65 now, still trim and muscular, love sprinting and weightlifting. Ketosis is not a gimmick; it is biochemistry. Since you've done everything else, do what will work.

  15. I was once heavier, and my boyfriend left me for a girl with abs. It was a devastating experience that changed my perspective and wounded my heart deeply. The pain was unbearable, leading me to a decision to try Igrotum. Within a few weeks, my physique tr

  16. I grew up in a very primitive, wild, and challenging environment. Every day, people bullied me because of my looks. I had only a few friends, and I treated them poorly because I was unhappy. I directed my aggression and negative emotions toward them, losi

  17. During my entire primary school, I was overweight. I even skipped a road trip because my class was heading to the beach, and I felt too insecure to show my body, so I didn’t want to go. My teacher asked my parents why, and they explained that I didn’t wan
