  2. I love doing glute workouts. I had forgotten about the one where you lay on your side, that's a great one too. Always great to warm up and stretch after too. It's very interesting how Atrophied muscles can affect so many things. I've always loved to work out. My sister inspired me when I was very little, and that's lasted through my life. I inspired my daughter by her seeing me workout, and I've been still working on my son to get him to exercise regularly. He has a sit-down job, so it's even more important for him to take breaks and to exercise. When I sent my other sister a video of yours she said she already follows you guys😊

  9. my only issue w/ these exercises (except the clam shells) is that for many of us they are going to be working the hamstrings more so than the glutes b/c we don't know how to activate and recruit our glute muscles : (
