Yogurt and Nut Breakfast Bowl (263 calories, 10.5 g fat):
1 tsp sliced hazelnuts (can use almonds as a substitute)
150 g low-fat yogurt
1 tsp apple juice
1.5 kiwi, peeled and sliced
2 tinned apricot halves, sliced (I used fresh peaches)
2 tbsp oats (I left this ingredient out)

Taco Salad (591 calories, 36.6 g protein):
14 oz/400 g chicken fillet
1 tsp rapseed oil
1 tsp salt
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp pepper powder (I used pepper flakes)
1 tsp garlic powder
3.5/100 g of iceberg lettuce
3 tomatoes (I used cherry tomatoes)
1 red onion
10.6 oz./300 g of kettle corn (I left this out)
1 can black beans
2 avocados (I used one)
1 lime
1 cup crushed nachos
8.8 oz./250 g light quark (I used light sour cream)
1 cup chopped cilantro

Healthy Tortilla Pizza (363 calories, 34.4 g protein)
Brown tortilla (or gluten free tortilla)
1 tbsp pure tomato paste
50g grilled chicken breast
1/3 cup cherry tomatoes (halved)
1/2 small red bell pepper
5 kalamata olives, pitted and halved (I left this out)
Onion salt
Black pepper
Dried basil (or oregano)
Optional toppings: fresh baby spinach, arugula, fresh basil
