  1. Love the meal plan. I do not like to eat salad but I love to make a smoothie with spinach, kale, apples,etc. It easier to me to drink it than eat it. But collard greens and green beans I love. I hope to lose 8 pounds by the end of the month. A gallon of water is hard to drink. I try about 2 bottle of water 😕

  3. I didn’t notice any difference with curology but I’m glad you like it. The recipes look good. Looking forward to more bc I need to get serious about eating better 😩😩
