  1. I'm 67 and I have been lifting light weights since age 23 and the result is NO OSTEOPOROSIS!! Zip Zilch. But I just recently decided I want to up my game and bulk up a little. I do most of the exercises in this video already but instead of doing the skull crusher I just bend forward with one hand on the bench and straighten my arm out backwards with the ten pound dumbell, that's for my triceps. I also do facepulls and other things with a pulley. Everything at home. Anyway, great video!!!

  2. This is a really good full body workout. Can I do the chest press and skull crushers while laying flat on the floor? Is there another exercise that I could do in place of the bicycle crunch?

  3. So glad i came across your workout – it covers everything we need to do. I was extremely active in weight training until about 15 years ago, now I'm 75 and need to start over again; they say muscle has memory and i believe it. Yours is the best.

  4. Dear Doctor, thank you so much for this video. I am 47 and would love to start training. I want to ask is it save to do Squat and Stuff deadlift since I have a problem with Discus interveterbrae sacral 5-1 and foramen intervertebrae (they all narrowed down)? Thank you for your kind attention.

  5. How explicit & encouraging your tutorial is, I want to thank you… I’m going to start as you explained. I’ve been exercising but I don’t feel any changes, I’ll stick to this one. Thank you again. 🙏🏼🌸

  6. Extraordinary! Your empathy towards our age group and the fact of being so young amazes me. Love it! I must mention though that being 63 and overweight scares me a bit to start this programe. Any special recomendations for us ladies with these characteristics? Thanks again 😀👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻💖

  7. Thanks for this workout for older women. I plan to do this twice a week as you suggest. Is it ok to do a interval training with light weights on days between these or do you suggest some other without any weights?

  8. Love these exercises I am 68 and did alot of weight training up until a few months ago I dont know how to do bench presses if I want to do these exercises

  9. Thank you for the info I am 53 I've been exercising since in the late twenties I am very thin and I do weight training 6 days a week but not heavy weights because I'm only 92 lb and I had some setbacks with a fractured hip and other health issues so I'm taking it light what exercise program would you recommend for me I'm trying to build muscle and gain weight especially in my legs
I lift weights 6 days a week. Is this too much and should I exercise all my body parts I am doing different body parts on different days

  10. <3 <3 Yes! This is EXACTLY what I've been searching for!! Thank you! I'm turning 60 this year and have been looking for the right "at home" weight training. I've had personal trainers and have always been fit and healthy, but covid and back pain kept me away from the gym and added ten pounds that I haven't been able to get off. I am thrill to find this and can't wait to engage. Thank you for thinking of us and providing this targeted workout! Love it!

  11. Extremely informative and oh so useful – thank you! Amazing and grateful 🙏🏽 for the simplicity but highly informative session.
