  9. Two challenges. These recipes are very conservatively seasoning. I would need to add cheyene pepper, curry powder, cumin or other LIVELY SPICES. Can't do bland. But the other problem is cooked chicken becomes very dry when reheated and I always eat my salmon rare on the inside (BRIGHT PINK) not fully cooked and reheating rare salmon would also dry that out. Maybe I would need to keep the meals without the chicken or salmon and do that item just before eating which kind of undoes the whole meal prep.
