  2. This guy should be ashamed of the bullshit he is sharing. Fatcutter drinks ? Meal plan for weight loss ? THIS IS 100% BULLSHIT. Guys, for those of you reading this, you should be in CALORIE DEFICIT, no matter what you eat. In addition that, you need to be doing RESISTANCE TRAINING. On top of that, a gram of protein per pound of bodyweight is a good goal to aim for. Try to lose only 1% of ur bodyweight if u r on the higher side, like 20% or above bodyfat. Below that, 0.75% is good.
    This guy's channel's only useful content is what he posts about comparing brands from best to worst. Rest all is just misinformation.
