    I started my journey yesterday I was so tired in the first 4 mins yesterday and didn't finish but today I completed it I feel so good and ready to workout.

  3. I am doing this for a week now at first I felt hella tired but now my body is accomodating to this
    Now I have added extra exercises also 😸
    Going strong for a week please pray for me to go onward and everything who is thinking of starting please do because it's still not too much lateπŸ™Œβœ¨

  4. I'm at a stage now where I'm searching for more intense exercises as my body has became stronger and, is begging for more. This warm up was amazingly easy for me, I felt so relaxed while doing it; those back stretches are everything.

  5. Im 32, 5'4 and 125 lbs. Very sedentary. Im healthy no health issues but due to being sedentary for 3 months now i feel like my endurance is decreasing and starting to feel odd with my body, high heart rate even at rest. Coughing that does not go (weak immune system), always sleepy.

    When i suddenly feel like i almost pass out and almost got myself to the hospital, thats when i realized that i need to step up and do something or else, Im gonna end up sick or even worse.

    I started daily routine with Robertas gym exercises. But with the first few exercises, I can feel and hear my joints and ligaments clicking loud, my muscles become sore, and heaet pumping above 100.. tired and difficult, but i am very determined to do it regularly. I cant wait to be back to healthy lifestyle again and stay healthy Thank you Roberta for putting out this exercises on youtube, such a great help!
