  1. Hey Caroline, that was awesome, thank you! I just wanted to ask about the "leg lower" exercise, whether it is ok to do them slower, since I can't do them quick while keeping my integrity and my lower back safe or if I should just lower them half way instead? Also is there a way to build towars the "elbow crossover lower", since I can't quite do that yet either 🙂 Thank you so much!!
