I first had Ancient Thai Massage in Chiangmai, Thailand perhaps in 1990 and immediately fell in love with it.
We were on a gruelling golf tour, we would play 18 holes everyday. It is tiring, and these massage looking simple and relaxing, but it worked !
It enabled me to continue with golf the next day 🏌🏽⛳️ i even bought a book on how to do the massage, it would explain our chakra or energy lines that needs to be reconnected again. A good session should last about 2 hours.
