  2. Thanks for the suggestions. Very helpful for certain knee pain in clients. The bridges werenโ€™t shown well though – very arched back so less activation in the glutes. A pelvic tilt to flatten the back before lift would help but Iโ€™m sure you know this. Hard to show everything on a video and youโ€™ll always get someone not happy ๐Ÿ˜‚ Thanks again

  3. Iโ€™m going to do most of these tomorrow. Iโ€™ve lost almost 20 pounds and losing shape in the top of my butt which used to be my best feature. ๐Ÿ˜€. Post menopausal weight gain kicked my ass. I am worried about muscle loss so I think these exercises will help. I have terrible arthritis that ate away my knee cartilage. Thank you for the video.

  4. Thank you , have a question . I have bad knees becuse I have bad ACLs and I opt for no Surgery so I have to deal with it when dealing with this type of exercise. Are this exercises safe for me to do ?๐Ÿค”

  5. As someone with bad knees you'd have to pick and choose among these exercises because I know some of them would hurt my knees for sure. I guess concentrate on the couple you can do.

  6. Really? There is heavy duty knee action in most of these. I especially laughed at the exercise while on your knees for people with bad knees. What are you thinking?

  7. Great video, thank you ๐Ÿ˜€ You mustnโ€™t tilt the pelvis sideways when doing single leg bridges and donkey kicks, it must be kept level.

  8. Safe on knees? With the exception of exercise 1,6,&7, all of these exercises require a great deal of flexion through the knee. I have arthritis and I know all of those exercises cause my knee to snap, crack, n burn.

  9. Thanks ! Can you please make a video for Quads and especially how can we train the Vastus Medialis muscle with a knee/patella issue…I really want to get that teardrop showing up !
