Hey guys.. a tip for the side ankle twist touches- Shift your ankles further from your but to get a nice deep stretch (adjust this to the length of your arms) … I've been taking this workout in conjunction w/ their 30day butt workout every day for close to a year now… the results are out of this world!! I'm not where I want to be yet but God damn my body is so much more fire now.
