  1. Gonna try this for 2 weeks. Use this time while you have it. I am motivating everyone to workout, come on you can do this. Oh and also I am going to do this mostly right when I wake up because that’s just when I am motivated. I am gonna also keep my diet clean but that does not meant I won’t have desserts. Have any questions leave them in the reply’s and I will reply.
    Day 1:just finished the workout and let me say that was tough.but imma keep going. Another update tomorrow.
    Day 2:today was honestly getting a lot easier, I can feel that I am getting stronger, but it’s of course still a little tough. No difference yet though, obviously.
    Sorry for no update, I had a family emergency and am gonna start again and promise for updates.
