  3. I tried this video once, and it helped with my back pain. Then I did the 12 min beginner stretch routine. It really made my back and legs move better, and felt awesome! It's not a cure all, but goes a long way to heal and maintain my body. Worth it.

  4. Hi! Thanks for sharing this great workout, however i can't really do the horizontal leg abduction exercise because of these sticking out hip bones. It's quite painful. Maybe i'm doing it wrong? Do you have any advice?

  5. Hi! I have never done glute workout before the class, and I followed this work out, for like a month, my turn out have improved a lot! also th strenght of my passes so I can do it better at turning in doble pirouettes! Thank you for this fantastic work out´!!!
