I’ve been having dizziness and feeling lightheaded for a week now for the first time in my life. I thought that maybe it’s my anxiety triggering it but these exercises have helped me
I tried just one set & like magic my dizziness was gone. I have been suffering so badly for the last 3-4 days. I wrongly assumed my dizziness was due to my spondolysis – which may be one of the reasons, but now I see the real problem lies with my right ear. Thank you. Promise to continue with the exercises.

Right time coz last night i suffer vertigo
