  1. Did one of his other abs exercise videos. He gave me my upper abs for sure. I didn't have a gym at the time. I'm definitely gonna try this for a while and update if I see progress
    (I got lower belly flab so it may take a little while 😔)

  2. For those of you who don't have enough time or think it is daunting to do 4 reps of this, you don't have to do all 4 reps of this session at one time, space it out. Also a tip, the first week do 1 session, the next week do 2 sessions, then 3, then 4. Ive been doing this for 6 weeks and there is actual definition. I haven't been eating the cleanest so not a shredded six pack, but definitely visible without flexing.

  3. Chris i did the exercises with you but took more than 20 seconds to catch my breath and even though i’m skinny this exercise was excruciating for me and small fat belly but i’ll do my best to get them abs you have got .
