Reply For those of you who don't have enough time or think it is daunting to do 4 reps of this, you don't have to do all 4 reps of this session at one time, space it out. Also a tip, the first week do 1 session, the next week do 2 sessions, then 3, then 4. Ive been doing this for 6 weeks and there is actual definition.
