  1. Thank you for saying to not worry about doing a certain amount of reps in 1 minute. A lot of times I find myself rushing and probably doing more harm than good on my body when instructors say to do this many within the time frame. I like to go at my own pace, and gradually get better.

  2. I have the following questions about this workout.
    1. Can I do these exercises Monday through Thursday and rest Friday, Saturday, and Sunday?
    2. Should I rest in between each exercise? If so, how long?
    3. I have my own glute activation routine which includes glute bridges, clamshells, and donkey kicks (all with resistance band and I do 2 sets of 10 each). Can I do those glute activation exercises before I do this workout routine?
    4. Can I still do this workout routine even though I have been working out for a while?
    5. How long will it take to see results with this workout routine?
    I need answers fast please.
