  1. I am overweight and the things that sticks out to me that makes me look fat is my love handles and I need to get rid of them before school starts are u sure this will work in 30 days?

  3. Thanks. Nice workout – but the last exercise (Russian twists) has been known to cause back damage. I would them too but just came to know recently about the damaging effect 🙁

  4. Any reference to exercises for someone who is overweight and has a sprained ankle? I’d like to lose weight and I always jump into things. Plus I can’t run or jump.

  5. Could you maybe do some exercises for really stubborn body fat? Most of my weight is in bone and muscle density, but my fat is extremely stubborn. If I did the thirty day crunch challenge for, say, 2 months, would I have a six pack?
