It's got to be worth repeating the mantra of 'Trust The Process". I've been slowly losing weight but not seeing any visible change that I can actually observe. My wife noticed that I lost a lot of fat around my mid-back and shoulder areas at the back, both places I can't look at. It would be good to get an idea of how the body uses stored fat and where from in terms of priority when working to a caloric deficit.
I was having a pizza with my friend when he said he was on a diet and pizza is his regular cheat meal and part of diet plan he got from Agoge Diet. I thought he was crazy, but after a month I noticed his body has changed a lot. He looked better than ever. I should really visit that website
So are macros important? Or is it simply staying at a caloric deficit? Because macros confuse me. And honestly counting calories is really difficult when it comes to how it's cooked anything your adding to the meal like sauces. It's frustrating.

Guys. lost a ton of weight doesn't need to be hard (I used to think it did). I will give you some advice right now. Get a popular fat loss system called Custokebon Secrets (do a search on google). Thanks to it I have lost tons of weight. I probably should not even be speaking about it cause I do not really want lots of other guys out there running exactly the same game but whatever. Gday James, Doing a great job as usual. I have a question…..i wa as lead to believe that our muscles and organs need glycogin for fuel, and fat does not convert to glycogin so our body cant actualy use the fat for fuel….??? We can only loose fat by being in a calorie deficit….???? Help me here…..😎

Seems "caloric deficit" has been proven not to be the case. Metabolic shift from carbohydrate burning to fat burning seems to be the way the body burns fat. For me anyway.
I'm pretty sure Syrim alberman was my uber driver last weekend. Also where do I buy this carnitine supplement. And what influence do I buy the magic pill from? Using a consistent regime of calorific deficit and exercise, I've only managed to lose 25kg in 14 weeks. It's just not working.
