  1. When I want to lose I only walk and reduce my caloric intake by 100-300 cals a day so I don’t binge. It works. Then I ramp up more intense workouts once I am down to my goal weight to work on recomposition.

  2. The title of the video should be changed to "Cardio" isn't the best way to loose weight. Exercise, more specifically weight training is a significant impact on the resting metabolic rate. Your body has to work quite a bit to fix the damaged tissue post workout. Yes, you need to push yourself every day, but that's par for the course.

  5. What works with me is, cardio, lifting weights and nutrition, I run one day of the week, I do weights another day and I don’t over eat and what I eat is healthy, I’m 34 y/o 5’2 and I weigh 114lbs

  6. I’m 205 lbs last April and I started to increase my activity level by walking, jogging and workout. I also cut my food intake by eating only high protein low carbs food, fruits, no rice or bread and now I’m weighing 187 lbs.

  7. How I lost weight is I some times starve myself for a whole day and eat a big meal the next day or some times eat one big meal a day not sure if it’s healthy but I lost alot of weight in like 2 months now I’m like 120 pounds

  9. I like to exercise outside, but I exercise outside especially for more than just weight loss. I also like to go outside to enjoy nature, enjoy fresh air, and simply move around the landscape.
