  1. This is a great video, very informative. I have committed myself to at least 12 massages per year. I run a few days a week and practice yoga and qigong on a regular basis. I find the combination of all these work well to keep my energy good and mind in good condition.

  2. Appreciate Video clip! Apologies for the intrusion, I would love your thoughts. Have you considered – Lammywalness Sex Rating Guide (do a google search)? It is a great one of a kind guide for learning how to spice up your relationship and make amazing love without the headache. Ive heard some extraordinary things about it and my old buddy Taylor at last got astronomical success with it.

  3. It's very interesting and curious and informative. She is so amazing and knowledgeable. So professional and deep knowledge in what she is doing. Would u like to share her email. I have a sciatica and would like to get her openion on deep tissue massage. Thank you

  4. Rebecca Fernandez is amazing, this video is great. I just came back from a massage and wanted to know more about it because I feel amazing. I love that Rebecca talks about energy work. Thank you 🙏🏼🌸

  5. Yes. It has helped me! I would get one every week instead of only once in a while if I could afford it. I really love it and it makes such a difference in my wellbeing. After massage I could cry it is so wonderful.

  6. The best massage therapists are the ones who are very intuitive. They can pick up energy stagnation and discover muscle adhesions not known to the patient. They should be able to educate the client of correct posture , exercise , mental and emotional well being plus nutrition, that they all inter connect. I believe massage therapy, cupping, trigger point therapy , acupuncture etc. should be a part of ones health maintenance program. Thank you Rebeca for all you do!
