  2. Seems like there’s a stigma at the gym regarding hip thrusts. I have NEVER seen any men doing barbell hip thrusts. I’ve done them a couple of times, but feel self-conscious because of the perceived stigma. I have switched to doing one-legged dumbbell hip thrusts at home since I dont have a barbell or heavy enough dumbbells to do two-legged hip thrusts.

    Bulgarian split squats are still my go-to.

  3. I got to say it, I've watched Jesse since the beginning and I'm really proud of his progress. To go through what he's been through and mold his body the way it is amazing

  4. those aren't bad.
    But glutes MUST be trained unilateral. The biomechanics/anatomy of the human body is intended that way.
    Glutes work in an unilateral/contralateral pattern!
    Wich people/athletes have the best glutes? hmm? maybe track&field aka runners and jumpers!
