Seems like there’s a stigma at the gym regarding hip thrusts. I have NEVER seen any men doing barbell hip thrusts. I’ve done them a couple of times, but feel self-conscious because of the perceived stigma. I have switched to doing one-legged dumbbell hip thrusts at home since I dont have a barbell or heavy enough dumbbells to do two-legged hip thrusts.
Bulgarian split squats are still my go-to.
What about using a glute drive machine like the Nautilus Glute Drive? Is the barbell hip thrust a better exercise?
How can this be done using a belt squat?

But glutes MUST be trained unilateral. The biomechanics/anatomy of the human body is intended that way.

I like dumbbells over any bar exercise.. thus I like the single leg dumbbell hip thrust or dumbbell hip thrust with alternating weights and rotate
