I've been doing exercise for the last 4 days and I'm just done at 10 min hahahsha But thanks to this video I'm gonna try to do at least 20 min of exercise. Even though I do exercise 10 min every day, I feel like I've been improving my focus on doing my homework. I say this because yesterday I did two assignments and I felt like I got really focus when I was doing them. Which is really hard to believe because I always got distracted and that makes me take another day to finish my unfinished homework. By the way, another thing that I always do is learn German and improve more my English, and I've heard that learn languages has a benefit for our brain because prevent us to don't get Alzheimer at a very early time. I hope you can understand what I've said
You do not do what you normally would. Not to say one is lazy. Though; besides exercise what is it you're doing and is that not to worry the way you look, the way you act and the way you feel. Exercise is something you have to have time for. Notice who does not exercise and who has not exercised. It is an event almost to do the simplest of difference. Not only the age you are, breaking the routine and conversations one normally has, biggest change is change at all trying that you never enough for yourself in some cases is why you're with who you are being and who you are with as well.
It makes sense, before we evolved to be chained to out desks, we were always active and mobile, hunting and getting our food probably triggered a chemical reward in our brain and preventing ourselves from being eaten also triggered a chemical reaction in our brain.
Because I am not in Ted conference so I feel anxiety and then I decided to go to Gym to make the best version of myself , so I can make most money through my expertise !
I don't know what's more disturbing, the fact this woman had no idea about the affects of excerise on the brain, or the fact that it is not taught in the Rockefeller based medical program
I know I’m not suppose to comment this on your post but I’m sharing this because I have been blessed with her guidance and technique, she had helped me achieve my dreams at first I thought it was all lies not until she proved me wrong God bless you Mrs Marla Roseline
I started my exercises two years back, my skin was full of achne, self esteem was so low. My life is now much better with a healthier skin. Exercises are magical ✨
