  1. Gained 4 pound this week on 600 calories ordered an omelette eating out. Not eating out anymore. Also ate chocolate. They're off the diet now. Ridiculous. I was listening to people ask was the food nice. Once I heard those word the tape measure showed an increase on 1.5 inches around my waist and 4 pounds on the scale. I ban that sxxt. I walk 5 and a half hours daily and yes this actually happened. I collapsed twice due to medical problem so that contributed but don't feel I need much food right now. It takes a lot of commitment. I've got 4 showing and they dissappear if I overdo salt or fluid.

    For those of us like me, who don’t have a very fast metabolism and have a harder time staying lean, cardio massively helps with the calorie deficit needed to loose body fat and see abs.
