  1. Day 1: done.
    – Had to take a 1m 30s break after the roll-out squats.
    – The same happened with the abductor squat jumps.
    – The "no-rest" part was kinda hard, and I had to take some breaks.
    – I was able to feel the burning and my legs gave out immediately after the video.

I took me a while to fully complete a workout without having to take extended rest periods- As with every exercise the main aim to complete a set with the full technique, thus it is better to first master technique thereafter focus on rep count. This workout, as per personal perspective, is suitable for all genders (you get to both see and feel the results through your progression). Thumbs up to @getfitbyivana
