Great, quick bun burner! However, I'm confused by the lyrics to the song. It claims to be about love but is instead all about war. "I don't want to hurt you, but I will if I have to…" etc. That's not love! That's war. Reminds me of my relationships in my younger years. I thought they'd fight for me because they loved me. That's not love, its CONTROL. BS! Don't fall for that shit! (I'd love some truly inspiring music for my workout please.)
The first half in sequence are just ๐ฅ๐๐ฅ DAYUMM. Srsly tho, I can squat and pulse squat respectively without problem all day, but doing those first few sequentially no rest, then into the squat pulses is pure burn. A legitimate challenge. And you just nail it. Just wow. Thank you for this โจ๐โจ
