  1. Way too low the weight of the Dumbbells for chest, if he wants to have real muscle he has to be stronger and add more weight every time he train

  2. There are enough celebrities out there who ACTUALLY work out. I almost feel like it's an insult to your viewers intelligence to have people on here who've never even looked at a weight until you guys showed up.

  3. Why does everyone more prominently do such special workouts with weird dynamic movements that are completely pointless ??? Why not just do normal bodybuilding? At least that works! PS: TI looks like a 12 year old who jogs once a week.
