    I still remember the first time I did this, I was so exhausted and so depressed, wanna give up immediately. And then I heard the coach( the lady in the middle) said “You’re stronger than you think!” That really inspired me! So I kept doing and finished the workout successfully. After that, I did this workout everyday. In the first and second week, I did it once everyday. In the third week, I did it twice everyday. In the last week, I did it three times in a row everyday. This video really works! I feel that I’m much stronger than before🔥
