Am I the only one who is doing this workout video 3 times a day 🤣 or were we supposed to do it 3 to 4 times a week. I’ve been killing my self trying to get through the video 3 times back to back. Focus on Youtube and then branch out to other things like merch etc. Just one video a week would be great and your subscriber count would grow sooooo much. You have so many views already with barely any videos it would be easy to make a career on Youtube. I have a concern: I have a hard time knowing when inhale and when to exhale with some core exercises. You perform these exercises so seamlessly, I figure you must know how to breathe through them. Some exercises I can breathe through well enough, but there are some, such as the V-ups or the Russian routine that timing the breath is tricky for me.
