  1. I don’t know if anyone will respond but I have a question. Am I the only one who is doing this workout video 3 times a day 🤣 or were we supposed to do it 3 to 4 times a week. I’ve been killing my self trying to get through the video 3 times back to back.

  2. Kaylaaaa you could be the black Chloe Ting if you were more consistent. Focus on Youtube and then branch out to other things like merch etc. Just one video a week would be great and your subscriber count would grow sooooo much. You have so many views already with barely any videos it would be easy to make a career on Youtube. I know black girls like myself want to see a black fitness guru on the level of Chloe Ting/Emi Wong etc and you could do it just be consistent! Even just one video a month would be a good start.

  3. Hi, this is such an awesome video! I have a concern: I have a hard time knowing when inhale and when to exhale with some core exercises. You perform these exercises so seamlessly, I figure you must know how to breathe through them. Some exercises I can breathe through well enough, but there are some, such as the V-ups or the Russian routine that timing the breath is tricky for me. Please, would you share how you know when to inhale? Thank you!

  5. Woo restarting my fitness journey and this was really good. Got to the third round 🙌🏽🎉. I’ve done the leg/booty workout already🥵. I love how you are just using a countdown vs the amount of reps, less pressure. Eventually I’ll move up to more reps but this is great. Love the affirmations too💕 #StrongIsSexy 💪🏽
