Hi PJ! I just wanted to say how much I love this work out! I turn 45 next month and I am also a pulmonary embolism survivor. I've got three boys and the two youngest were afraid to go to school because they thought I might die while they were gone. I started doing this work out to show them that mom is doing everything she can to get strong and be healthy. I have been doing this work out at least four times a week for a month now and my boys are so proud of me. Thank you!
do you have any videos on nutrition? i really struggle to know what food is best for us women over 40? i have been told high protein and low carbs….is that correct?
Im a woman of 48 struggling to loose weight….ive watched your video on mind set – gonna give that a go – i am the worst for making myself feel guilty after that glass of wine etc…..i absolutely loved this workout and when you said no pushups – well they are my worse thing – that and burpee's – thank you so much for making me feel better about myself – can't wait for the next workout xx
My first home strength training workout PJ. Just wanted to say thank you so much, this was perfect for me and I love the fact it is full body in 30 mins and I can gradually increase my weights as I get stronger. Love it! Thank you.
I've noticed that women trainers – the video's – are FAR better then their male counterparts. Women show the exercises, certain variations, and reps… While the guys sit on a bench talk about their workouts.
Just got diagnosed with beginning stages of osteoporosis. This seems like just the ticket for me to get back into strength training. BTY, I’m 73. I made it all the way through but struggled with balance.
Ahh you’re so great!! And I like the bits of humor sprinkled in too 😎 I was doing a video workout with this person and wondering why it felt like torture.. yeah, cuz she’s all of 29 and has all day to work out. Yours is much much better. Kindler, gentler but very effective.
