  2. Hi PJ! I just wanted to say how much I love this work out! I turn 45 next month and I am also a pulmonary embolism survivor. I've got three boys and the two youngest were afraid to go to school because they thought I might die while they were gone. I started doing this work out to show them that mom is doing everything she can to get strong and be healthy. I have been doing this work out at least four times a week for a month now and my boys are so proud of me. Thank you!

  5. I've noticed that women trainers – the video's – are FAR better then their male counterparts. Women show the exercises, certain variations, and reps… While the guys sit on a bench talk about their workouts.

  6. Just got diagnosed with beginning stages of osteoporosis. This seems like just the ticket for me to get back into strength training. BTY, I’m 73. I made it all the way through but struggled with balance.

    with this person and wondering why it felt like torture.. yeah, cuz she’s all of 29 and has all day to work out. Yours is much much better. Kindler, gentler but very effective.
