Hi Lucy, loved the video, a couple of quick questions, am I meant to do the whole routine one set through and then go through it all again a second and third time or complete all 3 sets before moving onto the next exercise? I also wondered if you had any idea why it's making my thighs burn but my glutes still feel relaxed AF πŸ˜‚ convinced I'm going wrong but I don't know where πŸ˜¬πŸ˜‚ much appreciated πŸ™
