  1. What about weak glutes or glute imbalances? I have some muscle atrophy on my left glute. A litera flat spot on my left glute. And when I squat it’s all quad…any suggestions/tips?

  2. Hi Bret, can you please further explain the bit about band burnouts? Ive been doing a protocol you created- 20 band hip abduction, 20 hip thrusts, 20 narrow leg hip thrust, each rep only a second, 2 to 3 sets. Am I doing it wrong- should it be like 1 abduction then 1 hip thrust then 1 narrow leg thrust, 20 times for 2 or 3 sets?

  3. So for better results in glute growth we should focus on executing one exercise first (with all sets completed) before going to another? So we don't do it in a circuit style? Maybe on my glute days i should focus now on this instead of circuits?

  4. I am not a pro. But I agree with your opinion. Some of those underrated workouts, I’ve done them, it works (at least for me. But you have got to have a proper body form and weight balance, reps &sets) overall they works for me and I love them. 🙂
