(Stomach is 32in bloated at the end of the day) Day 1: ✅ I’m super proud of myself because even though I had to stop earlier than she did some of the time, I finished all the exercises. I even completed the last side plank one, which I have trouble doing side planks! Day 2: My core was really sore today but I still did it and I think I was able to do the side planks 5 seconds longer then yesterday 🙂Day 3: Still working on those side planks but i’m getting better!(missed a day) Day 4: I can basically do all the side-planks now and my core isn't that sore anymore. Day 1: weight- 116.1 lbs // waist- 29 inWalked my dog for an hour and a half today just to prep didnt have the biggest breakfast. yesterday i weighted 118 so thats probably why it went down. had a hard time holding my balance with a couple of the excercises and the burn combined but i finished it and i think i did pretty good.
