  2. I’m gonna try to do this for 14 days! (Stomach is 32in bloated at the end of the day)

    Day 1: ✅ I’m super proud of myself because even though I had to stop earlier than she did some of the time, I finished all the exercises. I even completed the last side plank one, which I have trouble doing side planks! Remember to drink enough water and EAT! 🙂

    Day 1: I did all the workouts no break just had some trouble with the side planks but i think that comes with time.
    Day 2: My core was really sore today but I still did it and I think I was able to do the side planks 5 seconds longer then yesterday 🙂
    Day 3: Still working on those side planks but i’m getting better!

    Day 4: I can basically do all the side-planks now and my core isn't that sore anymore.

    day 1- complete! ive done this workout a few times before but now I really am trying to do it although tomorrow im going away for 5 days so I dont think I will be able to keep updates. when I come home I will try my best to.

  5. phew okay commenting everyday, are you supposed to have breaks? i’m 8:10 through it and i’ve been sat here reading comments. but yeah imma finish then update this on how i feel lol i read the comments and everybody says there burning and i’m not?? am i doing it wrong or is it because i used to do like high presssure martial arts idk but i’ll update every day ((:
    Day 1: holy shit i did the last 2 planks it was so hard i couldn’t do the like twists or hand unders so i just held them for longer 💀

  8. i decided to do it 1 week or 2 weeks and tell you guys how it went!! my waist-23 inches
    day 1:✅my stomach was burning but not a lot just a few minutes and last exercise was hard

  9. i did this every day with a clean diet and lost over 10 lbs in 2 months and my stomach looks way flatter. i literally saw results within a week since one of my pair of jeans that were too tight started fitting since if done this workout. be consistent, you will get results.

  10. ok so im actually going to do this and NOT STOP HALFWAY THROUGH OK? i'll update waist sizes everyday after working out and i'm also doing this with vicky justiz's workout ""TINY WAIST ABS WORKOUT" to get the double effect and lilly's "BUTT LIFT in 14 days" cause i want an hourglass figure. im also going to run everyday (like for an hour?) and i'm going to try to eat healthy. WISH ME LUCK

    day 2: ✓ waist – 27 inches (68.5 cm) i didn't do vicky's workout cause i'm too sore and i also played tennis instead of running so today was kinda like a rest day?

  11. day 1: I couldn't do the last two workouts I was feeling weak and couldn't hold myself up.
    day 2: it was easier but my abs were very sore from yesterdays workout.

  12. Doing this and posting my progress for the 14 days, ill be updating everyday and sharing my results at the very end. Posting my weight and waist mesaurment daily. im doing this and another workout that purely focuses on lower body mainly the butt Most probably going to be doing this for more than 14 days and try to incorporate the workout into my new fitness journey. dont really care abt likes and comments but id appreciate it if u comment to remind me to update if i forget or just for motivation.
    Day 1:
    weight- 116.1 lbs // waist- 29 in
    Walked my dog for an hour and a half today just to prep didnt have the biggest breakfast. yesterday i weighted 118 so thats probably why it went down. had a hard time holding my balance with a couple of the excercises and the burn combined but i finished it and i think i did pretty good. Overall it def burned a bit didnt have the greatest form but ill do better tomorrow

  13. Day 1 ✅ was pretty hard, some of the exercises i had a hard time figuring out or holding the entire time
    Day 2✅ Today burned way more bc i was already super sore from doing it twice yesterday but i was able to do all of them with only 1 or 2 having a modification
