    Ur 1o minute HIIT and ur upper body workout in the evening (i needa work on my upper body mostly lower body pretty toned) THANKS CHLOE LYSM

    I did this workout at 7:30am

    waist : 28cm
    Butt: 35cm

    DAY1: done!!!!
    DAY2: done!!!
    DAY3: Done!!! Omggg I hate planks😭
    DAY4: rest
    DAY5: done!!!! Omggg I love planks now. I can feel my abs than my glutes🥺
    DAY6: rest day coz I'm not feeling well
    DAY7: done!!!!
    DAY8: DONE!!!!
    DAY9: DONE!!!
    DAY10: Rest🤗😅
    DAY11: DONE!!!! I can't feel my butt so I added workout of glutes and I do every night.
