  1. I don't know if I'm the only one who find it really easy cuz I don't really feel the "burn" y'all are talking about. I mean, I can feel something in my lower bod, it's getting hard a bit but it's not really as painful as my arm workout… You know what I'm talking about? Lol. Cuz I really want this to work, I'm not sure if I'm doing it right or it's normal since I don't really feel that much, just a bit.
