  1. Great videos! Thx for all the useful information. Personally i think you should drop the line “in our opinion of course” at the beginning

  2. back pain is the worst. I recently had it so bad I couldn't breath. I started sleeping sitting up w a neck brace to keep my head from flopping over bc whenever I woke up from laying I couldn't move without agony. I even tried a mat and the carpet. I can now lay down but I feel better on my temperpedic mattress rather than my reg., padded mattress I was using before.

  3. Thanks Brad and Bob. I watch your videos a lot. This one really helped me the most. I especially liked learning about the leg pillow and how it can help. Keep up the good work. Samuel

  4. haayy can one more exercise could be used for this purposr in which we have be on bed on prone position and then lift our head and chest while kreping our hands at side of our body(no support of hands ) do this serve for the same purpose

  5. I never had issues above the hips/ pelvis. My bulging disc caused pain only on the left side. Yet it started in the sacrum and created tingling in the outside of the foot, and the whole hamstring length. That never pain was the worst, and it was constant everyday and couldn't be stretched it. Even after 4 months i had zero relief. Finally a spine specialist prescribed indomethacin. Gabapentin was also prescribed. But after a refill, gaba did nothing afterwards

  6. Thanks for the video! Ever since I had a really bad lower back sprain in 2001, I still can not lay on my stomach (ie, when going to bed) without my lower back starting to go into spasm. Even with muscle relaxers, I can not do it. I started doing core exercises a year ago or so and they help so much overall, but no matter what I do, I still can not lay flat on my stomach. Unfortunately, in 2001 I had no idea about core exercises helping with lower back pain, none of my DRs mentioned it, etc. I saw a chiropractor for 6 years, 3 days a week (except for a few vacations), and they helped with the pain, but to this day I still have problems. There are other details to this whole thing, but I just find it odd that I still have a hard time sleeping on my stomach … I guess (when I try laying flat) because my stomach muscles are relaxed, my lower back muscles get tighter, causing the spasms. Or something like that.

  7. That pelvic tilt which flattens the lumbar spine is, in effect flexing the lumbar spine…..bad idea for discogenic pain caused by a bulging, or prolapsed disc.Any lumbar flexion should be avoided for discogenic pain.

  8. Annoying background chatter going on in your video while you are both talking, like someone is looking/listening to a TV or the Internet. Would like to listen to your instructions instead of being distracted. Please control your environment, Bob and Brad. Thanks.

  9. I guess I'll do 70😂😂😂 luv u docs… My exercise ball will be used NOW and dag I was getting in bed all wrong. I need these exercises for my back I'm in pain daily. Thanks Docs

  10. So helpful. Recovering from compression fracture and didn't know what core exercises I could do. Don't think I'll be doing anything that resembles crunches, however. Like the pelvic tilts and leg exercises to tighten core the best!

  11. That's great thanks a lot, I have hydrocele, can I do this exercise?
I am suffering from bulging disc from last 9 years.
I tried this exercise and its really helping me but not sure if that gonna hurt or worsen hydrocele?

  12. Luv yu guys! Like doing my back exercises with you guys on YouTube. Yeah I know I should be doing my regular back exercises every other day. I have an exercise chart for my therapist but can't find it so I just go along with you guys thanks. Wade

  13. single mama and so I carry my baby a LOT! I have a bit of a sensitive back. I've managed to do alright and stretch and do upper body exercises to feel decent most of the night. Lately I can't get rid of a kink in the back. Any tips for baby carrying moms? I'm fit, do 10-20 min of ellyptical/day and have history with contortion, aerial activities, handstands, so I'm pretty adept at taking care of myself.

  14. Question for Brad, I have spondy that I ended up getting l4 l5 spine fusion and disc replacement. What was your schedule dealing with your spondy when it was at its worst? Your schedule as in what stretches do you do to relieve pain and keep from having too much future pain.

  15. What are good exercises for people who have bad knees or what are good exercises to perform that still works your legs and butt however takes pressure off your knees?
